More Women prefer workouts with a female personal trainer for a variety of reasons
Melissa, personal trainer in The Woodlands is a girly girl and likes lingerie parties, dancing and chatting with her best friends.
Workouts for women and outdoor boot camp workouts for men and women are popular in Houston. However with the slowing economy, more and more trainers are having trouble finding clients looking for a trainer. Female personal trainer Melissa has not had any slow down in her business however and the main reason Personal Trainer Melissa in Houston has been able to keep such high demand for her personal training expertise as a female personal trainer over a male personal trainer counterparts is that male personal trainers tend to focus too much on the upper body during workouts whereas Melissa knows women are more concerned about their butt, thighs, legs and abs.
Personal Trainer Melissa of the Woodlands has a HUGE variety of workouts to accommodate women at any fitness level. A second reason is that many women feel safer with female trainers over male trainers, as will their husbands for doing "in home personal training" , particularly if they have small children who will be around during the workouts. Personal Trainer Melissa and her staff know how to keep small children happy and involved during the time mom is working out.
A third reason women have given personal Trainer Melissa as to why they picked her is that in spite of the many certifications and education and experience that trainers are supposed to have, is that women still want to see that their trainer "LOOKS" like she works out and like she will be fun to have as a personal trainer. "Male personal trainers often stare at their clients and make the women uncomfortable", said one of Melissa's personal training clients and they do not respect the clients "personal space". Though male personal trainers may be educated, often they are not as intuitive about their female clients and not as communicative as women need them to be but Melissa knows how to avoid touching the client during the workout other than the initial weighing and measuring because she is respectful of their need for propriety. Melissa DOES work out every day to maintain her health and appearance and she ALSO has all her credentials, but most important is that she knows how to read her clients because she puts great effort into getting to know them as individuals, and this extra interest expressed by her helps make each workout a positive experience.
Houston in home Personal trainer Melissa also has male clients, often they are husbands or boyfriends of her female clients. These male clients have been very satisfied with their results, even when their goal was to add bulk. |

Sexy Sledge Hammer Workout for women or men can RIP ABS says Houston Personal Trainer Melissa |
|
|
Ever heard of the SLEDGE HAMMER workout? Really it might seem the same as using weights such as dumbells or barbells, but since the "weight" is on the end of a long wooden handle, it forces the body to work a little differently says Houston Personal Trainer Melissa. Changing up the workouts so new muscles are stimulated is always a good thing because when the body adapts to a workout it is not as effective anymore in producing new results and muscle growth, which then burns body fat This sledgehammer workout on youtube shows a short demo on how intense a sledge workout can be..featuring Houston elite personal trainer Melissa.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaNfd6Oitdk There are several different weights for sledge hammers and it is good to start with the lighter one (ten pounds). Sledge hammer workouts are amazing for getting ripped abs because the torso is required to do a lot of the work. The sledge hammer workout can be done in the front yard if a person has one..and can be done to aerate the grass by driving a metal stake repeatedly in the yard =) (beware sprinkler systems and wiring)..however because this is not practical for most people, an old tire will work for hammering just as well. Look for some tips on the sledghammer workout in the tips section of this website. HAPPY HAMMERING!

Houston Personal Trainer Photo Shows that Muscle can be achieved for a skinny flabby person (ectomorph) WITHOUT looking bulky but NEEDS to include a lot of heavy weight training! Below photo of thin but sexy personal trainer Melissa who knows how to be muscular without being masculine, and she is wearing a white lingerie matching set and sitting in a log cabin in colorado.

A sexy body has tone, no cellulite and lean muscle and though genetics can help, Personal trainer Melissa of Houston, has achieved the look with years of heavy squats, lunges, kick boxing, roller blading for hours, running bleachers, weight training plus body weight plyometrics, playing volleyball, and basically being consistent with workouts.
Even though she is not a bodybuilder or into serious bodybuilding, Melissa has learned it is beneficial to do heavy weight training because lean muscle mass helps supercharge up a metabolism. She is an ectomorph (basically lean) and has to work hard add muscle.
Most of her clients are endomorphs (round) or mesomorphs (muscular) and they add muscle quickly so their workouts have to be with lighter weights and higher reps. In contrast, Melissa works to build muscle mass and does squats with 200 plus pounds which is a lot for her because at five feet nine 1/2 inches tall, she only weighs 120 pounds. Her chest dumbbell presses are done using 50 pound dumbbells for her max weight.
Like most individuals, she has occasional challenges with her eating but is constantly improving and always includes lots of water, vegetables and fruits. and of course the right amount of protein for her weight. Sexy Houston Personal Trainer Melissa knows it can be hard to follow an eating program and workout routine so she gives you the blueprint for workouts and eating that show you the way! She gives so many free personal trainer workouts on this website that anyone wishing to lose weigh or wishing to get tone and sexy can take time to read and use her tips for immediate help and progress.
Check out the site menu on the side bar to navigate all the articles on this website and HAPPY WORKOUTS! Remember, heavy weight training will only make a woman look masculine if it is due to artificial hormones. Most women will just look leaner and more toned with weight training and high repeitions.

How to tell if you could be overtraining according to personal trainer Melkissa |
|
|
Too tired to workout? Sick and tired of being sick and tired? Maybe you are over training.
If every workout seems like a chore and is dreaded or avoided then over training may be the problem says sexy personal trainer Melissa in Houston. Athletes who experience over training can benefit from taking some time off, varying the workout to cross over to a different sport temporarily for a change, or lowering the intensity of the workout. Before blaming over training as the reason, first eliminate other possible causes of fatigue and lack of energy such as determining if food is adequate, if sleep is adequate, and if there are any health issues or stress issues that must be dealt with. Make sure that a variety of foods are being eaten and that all the meals are small but frequent. Tiredness is often associated with reduced calorie intake, which happens when a person skips meals or eats too much sugar and not enough fiber, protein fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, make sure to be getting sufficient sleep, and the sleep should be good quality so avoid caffeine and sugar during the day and warm up the body with a bath or shower before bed. The body has to be a warm in order to be relaxed. Try to go to sleep without stressful thoughts and try to get to sleep at the same time every day. If a person has been sick with the flu or any other illness, they could be dehydrated and should be sure to have had adequate time to get over the illness before resuming a full force workout. Just walking every day can do positive things for the body and workouts do not have to be killer to be effective. College athletes who have to workout every day can experience over training as can marathon or other distance runners, or full time athletes. These people may begin to experience constant fatigue, and may lack enthusiasm for their normally exciting sport, and may even begin to have injuries. Because these athletes are used to high levels of training, often they are not even aware of the reason they feel tired and low energy. Houston Personal Trainer Melissa tries to keep over training out of the picture by changing the workouts and varying the intensity. The Houston in home personal trainer also takes her workouts outdoors to keep them from being mundane. She plays tennis, swims, bikes, hikes, plays volleyball and more for her activities. Duke University prove High intensity workouts can GET RID OF BELLY FAT |
|
|
Houston HARD CORE WORKOUTS CAN rip abs and get rid of BELLY FAT
Houston Personal trainer Melissa has found in a Recent
studies at Duke University of 175 overweight individuals determined
that 30 minutes of regular low intensity exercise or workouts such as walking, for
five days a week will help keep the belly fat from growing, but that those
individuals still gained several pounds. HOWEVER, the group who
exercised and worked out at a higher intensity for the same amount of time..(for
example jogging instead of walking, or working out with a
Houston personal trainer to boost intensity ) ..that group lost 7
percent of their belly fat and lost an average of six pounds each as
well.
So it is great to get to the gym, and once warmed up, it is even
better to push the Houston workouts to a higher intensity..or as the food network star Emeril
says.."kick it up a notch".
