Personal trainer Melissa was able to enjoy watching the Houston Texans play on Sunday against San Diego and she was one of many guests in a suite sponsored by Moncla companies.Wow what red carpet treatment in the suites. Parking was within high heel walking distance and there actually is red carpet when you walk into the suite area. Food is served and there is an indoor and outdoor section, a waiter, a bathroom, complimentary drinks and several tv's so guests can watch other football games too! That was a fun game even though the Texans lost. The cheerleaders visited the suite and Melissa enjoyed the chicken, shrimp, ice cream and meeting the many nice people at Moncla companies. THANKS for a wonderful Sunday treat!

Recently, doing some workouts with clients on a dirt road near Spring, and leaving the truck radio playing without turning on the truck, the battery died and Melissa was forced to call roadside assistance. The company that responded to the call was Christian Roadside and certified personal trainer Melissa did not even have to miss a workout with the next client because they arrived within a half hour. They had stopped their lunch to come to Melissa's assistance; the wife and kids were with the technician and eating their burgers in the car as they waited for him to jump start the truck. The guy was friendly, efficient and fast. Great service. THANKS GUYS!

Driving from Sugarland, to Houston, to The Woodlands, to Spring and Tomball and the Medical Center puts some wear and tear on Melissa's Chevy avalanche z71 truck. It has some dings so Melissa called Dent Dogs. Dent Dogs is on the southwest side of Houston but they came all the way north to take care of Melissa's truck dents and did an awesome job. The technician was Dan and he was also friendly, professional and did a fast and quality job on the truck. Melissa highly recommends Dent dogs for any dings on your car or truck.
As far as dining experiences, The Woodlands personal trainer Melissa has a few old favorites and some new favorites.
She recently tried Katz's express Deli in The Woodlands near Home Depot off I45 and was very impressed with the delicious Rueben, the home made thick cut potatoe chips, the friendly staff and the cute relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant/deli has great deserts to tempt you as you walk in the door and has a great selection of sandwiches and soups and salads on the menu. The three cheese tomato sandwich was delish and the broccoli cheese soup was thick and toasty on a chilly day.

Personal Trainer Melissa likes to eat at least once a week at Hasta La Pasta on Cypresswood. It is a beautiful restaurant, elegant even at lunchtime yet reasonably priced with the most amazing chicken marsala and sauted spinach in Houston and Spring. The hot rolls dipped in the garlic herb oil are fantastic and the ice tea is always perfect. Melissa LOVES this restaurant and thinks the waitresses and wait staff are the nicest around. If not on a diet, try the desert menu..OMG its death by chocolate desert..WOW

The Best aquarium Fish store is still Ultimate fish on 2920 and owner and operator Alex is still beats the competition by miles with his knowledge, his freindliness and his amazing selection of tropical and salt water fish. Alex caters to elite fish lovers all over Houston and his fish store is a fun place to visit. Alex KNOWS fish. Alex has a new baby girl too..Ask to see the pictures..OMG her eyes!! Amazing.

Vintage Park on Louetta is the new shopping and dining experience for the Spring and Tomball area and it rivals Market Street in the Woodlands. There is much more parking so the shopping is more easily accessible than in The Woodlands. Plus there are a number of fabulous  upscale restaurants, Melissa has visited Mia Bella Trattoria  for their perfectly cooked Eggs benetict at Sunday Brunch. Very friendly waitress and elegant table and plate presentation with slices of jucy ripe fresh fruit as well.  Melissa liked that there was even carpet  on the underside the tables so you do not bang your knees when you cross your legs. =) Melissa also had some yummy crepes at CoCo's in the Vintage Park. The Coffee at CoCos was outstanding. She liked that at both places there is outdoor seating so when the weather permits the meal can be so relaxing and invigorating because it is outside.
