A vacationer can eat right while visiting DISNEYWORLD! |

Houston Personal Trainer Melissa knows vacations can be hard on workout and weight loss programs. She
recently traveled to Florida for a week and had to avoid the very same
temptations she warns her clients about..such as the home made waffles
available with butter and syrup in the hotel lobby(a better choice are
the hardboiled eggs and instant oatmeal), or the ice cream and muffins
available at every street corner in Disney (a better choice is a
protein bar packed in a backpack with water). It is definitely
difficult to eat healthy food when in fast food situation such as
during traveling. HOWEVER, sexy personal trainer Melissa is happy to
report that DISNEY WORLD in Orlando, Florida does has a number of
healthy and tasty alternatives available to its health concious
visitors. Houston Personal trainer Melissa ate the chicken and cheese
salad at Disney's Magic Kingdom and was impressed at the amount of lean
chicken breast and fresh mozzarella cheese balls topping the crisp
green salad and also the fact that the dressing was lite and yet tasty.
She had another salad at the Disney animal kingdom which was a BBQ
chicken salad and it was also good. As far as working out and staying
on track with exercising while on vacation, the sexy personal trainer
tried to run at the beach in Tampa and it was beautiful but HUMID. She
ran for an hour but had to stop because she was melting. She ran the
next day in a neighborhood park which also had stopping stations for
doing push ups, Pull ups, step ups, Sit ups, dip walks, and lateral
hops. The lack of breeze and the difference between the climate in
Sacramento California, versus Tampa Florida, (she was just in
Sacramento the week before cheering on Austin Personal Trainer Erik at
the NCAA's) made the workout pretty much miserable. No amount of
drinking water can compensate for the high humidity because the sweat
produced during the workout won't cool a person off. Sometimes only
exercising early in the morning or at an indoor gym is the best
solution.
