Colorado Personal Trainer also teaches Kayaking |

Colorado Personal Trainer and running coach Erik spent the summer in Maine working at a camp where he taught kayaking. He has, in the past also taught Kayaking at an adventure camp in Colorado for the summer. A Kayaking workout is a great change of pace for the distance runner Erik and it is a great upper body and cardio workout useful for sculpting the arms and back and abs. He enjoys the challenges of maneuvering on the water and enjoys helping others learn how to enjoy the sport. Here is a photo of some men practicing kayaking maneuvers in the water near Salida, Colorado. Kayaking is also a great sport for those who like to be outside and like to try a new sport. If injured in the legs, kayaking provides a great cardio workout without adding any stress to the lower body. Photo above is of Erik in Maine with some of his campers in kayaks.
