Description
Samantha is trying hard to lose weight after having her first child, a son she is very proud of. She has a goal of sixty pounds and these photos show her results after about two months. She has been consistently working out five days a week and her diet is yougart or eggs for breakfast, soups and salads and tuna fish for lunch or lean cuisines and her dinner is chicken or beef that is lean with several veggies. Sam has discovered she does not mind drinking v 8 juice to help her get in her veggies. She also has one cheat meal a week to help her keep on track without feeling deprived. Her family is very supportive and Sam is making consistent progress of about three pounds a week of weight loss. GREAT JOB SAM!!
