Five easy tips for looking slimmer and

Five easy to look slimmer than your friends and lose body fat at the same time!
#1 Limit sugar to five servings a week. Example of one serving would be
a spoonful of sugar in coffee, or a spoonful of jelly on toast or a
sandwich, or a small piece of candy, or a mini can of soda.
#2 Know the calorie content of the right foods to eat and plan a menu
each day that takes into account veggies, fresh fruits, milk, lean meat
and high fiber carbs such as oatmeal or brown rice. Keep menu to no
more than 1200 calories a day unless doctor orders require a higher
calorie diet. Keep a mini cooler in the car with a protein drink,
apples and water for emergency snacks when stuck on the road or where
no nutritional choices are available.
#3 Take a multiple vitamin multiple mineral supplement every day.
#4 Walk every day for one hour and do sprints during the run for a
hundred steps each ten minutes. Carry a set of five pound hand weights
and do five sets of shoulder presses, bicep curls and triceps presses
during the walk ( when not running.)
#5 Get eight hours of sleep each night and stretch the muscles before
going to sleep so that the do not cramp or tighten during the night.
