Think Like the Thin Sculped Person You Want to Be |

When
friends want to hang out, what is the first thing that everyone wants
to do? Are Fitness and Health, Exercise and Proper eating, Personal
Training in Houston as well as involvement in sports such as running,
skating, swimming, soccer, volleyball, softball, tennis and more... are
all these things part of the BIG picture of a THIN MINDED you! Are these the things they want to do?
If the first things friends suggest are activities such as eating
greasy, "all you can eat" foods while watching t.v. and "chilling", you
need to be prepared with your jam box or walking shoes so you can
suggest alternatives such as dancing to cool tunes or brisk walking
around the neighborhood.
If every time a person visits, and food becomes the center of
attention, plan to fill up on a salad before and make a pot of splenda
sweetened tea to drink so you can avoid" wine cooler calories" and the food
fat calories.(I do not even like alcohol so this one is easy for me and most personal trainers).
If none of this makes sense because it is not how you were brought up,
try listening to Tony Robbins "Personal Power" tapes and start taking
control of your life.No one has to be stuck in a perpetual downward
spiral of bad health and poor life choices. As a Houston In Home
personal trainer, I benefited a great deal from the personal
power programs and recommend them highly for weight loss and
exercise goals. These programs can be obtained at the library but there
may be a waiting list to get them.
