food lover's who want to lose weight might try this tip from Houston

stopping at a hamburger joint might be the fastest option so avoid
packing on calories by choosing the kids meal instead of the adult
version. No you cannot super size it and you still have to make good
choices. A kids meal usually will offer an alternative to fries (fruit
or a salad to avoid fat) and milk can be ordered instead of a soft
drink (avoiding sugar). McDonald's has an apple walnut yogurt salad
that is delicious and the kids meal is very inexpensive. Wendy's has
chile for 99 cents and if chopped onions are added it is even more
filling and nutritious. Chic-fil-A has kids meal chicken nuggets, a six
pack that can be paired with a carrot raisin salad and milk for a
healthy fast food meal and Boston Market has a healthy hot cup of
chicken tortilla soup.Be sure to get a cup of ice water to go with the
meal to help fill up. Stay on track by eating frequent smaller meals to
keep
