the appearance of lifted boobs. 1) Sexy Personal Trainer clapping
pushups: lean against a car or something solid and place feet back away
from the body. Do a pushup with force enough to lift hands off the
vehicle, and clap the hands before returning to the modified pushup
position. Do three sets of fifteen of these.
2) Sexy Personal Trainer Super set of chest press, flyes, and
pullovers. Holding ten or fifteen pound dumbells, and lying on the
ground, do fifteen chest presses with elbows out wide, then immediately
go into a dumbell flye for fifteen reps, and finally use both dumbells
to do fifteen pullovers. Repeat for three sets
3) Sexy Personal Trainer Dips: with hands on a chair behind and feet on
the floor, dip body down toward the floor and then extend elbows back
up straight for one dip. Repeat for fifteen reps and do three sets of
these.
