Local Houston Dentist shows how she lost weight with personal training. |

Workouts in Houston do not need to be strenuous to be effective for a weight loss program!

Former Houston Personal Training client JJ, a local dentist
in the north side of Houston, has learned that her workouts do not have
to be intense every time but instead it is more important for
them to be
consistent. To keep on target with being consistent in her Houston
workouts with her Personal trainer, she plans to do between five and
six workouts a week and
her workouts may just involve running and jogging around the track.
Sometimes the workouts include kick boxing at the gym and other times
she meets at the high school for a more intense workout with some
weights and the step bench. The most important thing about her Houston
workouts
is that she is very consistent and this dedication to workouts all year
long has paid off for her as she
has lost her weight and has lowered her body fat significantly as well.
Even when she is at her goals with Houston Personal trainer Melissa,
she plans to continue her workouts later on her own because she knows
what to do
