Kwik Kar Lube and Tune in Houston treats customers with Honesty |

In Home Personal Trainer Melissa took her Chevy Avalanche for an
alignment because it was pulling to one side. She was planning a road
trip to Austin, Texas to the Hill Country and did not want to have more
uneven wear on the tires. On her way to Magnolia, after getting the oil
changed at Kwik Kar Lube and Tune on Steubner Airline, she went back
for the alignment with only an hour to spare before her next in home
workout with a client who lives on a large ranch just east of Magnolia.
The service guys at the store were able to put her burnt orange truck
on the machines to check calibrations and determined that the tires
themselves were the problem, not the alignment so they did not charge
her the alignment fee of about sixty dollars, and instead only charged
her sixteen dollars . The Houston in home Personal Trainer was really impressed
at the way the whole thing was handled because the techs could easily
have just charged her for the alignment anyway and she would not have
known. "It means a lot to know that a woman can go and get work done on
her vehicle and know that she will get treated with courtesy and
fairness" said Melissa. The Kwik Kar Lube and Tune also has a clean,
comfortable waiting room with home baked oatmeal and chocolate chip
cookies (Melissa has tasted them!), coffee, good magazines and a T.V.
and has friendly customer service every time the Personal Trainer has
been there.
