Driving a Z06 commemorative edition Corvette can really be a nice alternative to a workout!! =)
If
anyone has ever driven a corvette in Houston, then this
experience by Houston Personal Trainer will bring some chuckles.
When picking up the brand new Z06 Corvette commemorative edition from a
local dealer after having some
minor adjustments done, Sexy Personal Trainer Melissa of Houston realized
she had only fifteen minutes to get from the northwest part of Houston
to the Northeast part for a personal training workout and had to go in
the corvette that she had never driven. "Just
take the Houston beltway eight because you can go faster" said the
mechanic as he
handed her the keys. Melissa jumped in the drivers seat and shifted the
fast corvette into reverse and then back into first gear as she flew
out of the
parking lot so as not to be late for the Houston workout. Personal
Trainer Melissa felt sexy driving it and she loved the
way the vette gripped the road and the way the engine sounded. As she
hoped on the beltway around Houston, she picked up speed without
even feeling that she was going fast because the corvette was so smooth
handling and exciting to drive. Suddenly she noticed that the
windshield had a display (the heads up display feature) and saw that it
read 140 miles per hour. WOW! She had no idea the corvette could go
that
fast and feel that perfect. She called on her cell phone to brag about
how fast she was going in the hot car only to find out that any car
PARTICULARLY a corvette,
could be impounded if she got pulled over at that speed. DUH! SOOO she
rapidly slowed back to the speed limit and arrived at her destination
still with minutes to spare. Houston in home personal trainer Melissa
does not drive the sexy sleak corvette often as she would probably have
even more
speeding tickets and would be broke but also she does not feel that a
vette is right for the "grunt work" of personal training "day to day"
workout activities. She is in it on special occasions however and it
still provides a thrill every time it leaves the garage!
