Stretch band workout useful for traveling Print E-mail
When traveling out of your normal workout environment it is useful to have an alternative workout plan in case it is impossible to do the normal workout. For this emergency workout, Houston Personal trainer Melissa uses different stretch bands as well as a jump rope. The stretch bands can be used for chest press, squats, bicep curls, triceps press, shoulder press, lat pulls, front raises and lateral raises.
