This Trampoline workout is fun and gets a good sweat going and to make it work for you, do it to your favorite music..this is a  perfect workout to get heart rate up but keep your body from high impact pounding because the trampoline absorbs most of the shock of impact. {photo to the left of Houston Personal Trainer Melissa going roller blading  in Las Vegas after a trampoline workout}

Houston Personal trainer Trampoline Tuck jumps..do twenty jumps and bring your knees up as high as you can toward the chest like a gymnast doing a tuck jump and do three sets of these to work abdominal muscles.

Houston Personal trainer Trampoline Jumping jacks do twenty jumping jacks by jumping out with hands and feet and then return to starting position of hands by the side and legs together. Burn Body fat by doing three sets of these cardio jumping jacks that are low impact.

Houston Personal Trainer Trampoline Twists for lower intensity cardio. To rest between sets, do twists by standing in the center of the tramp with feet together and arms out to the side and twist
like the twist dance, keeping hands out to the side and staying in the same place on the tramp to work the obliques and waist..

Houston Personal Trainer Kick butt run which is done while running on the tramp and kicking the butt with  the heels..bringing feet up behind for thirty repetitions and  three sets to work hamstrings and calves.

Houston Personal Trainer knees up which is done while running on the tramp and  bringing up the knees as high as possible, bringing feet forward for thirty repetitions and three sets to work the quads and hip flexors ..

Houston Personal Trainer trampoline  Rocking horse which is done with legs stiff, one in front and one in back while jumping and rocking the pelvis forward and backward, landing on the front leg (pelvis 
back) and then landing on the back leg (pelvis forward.). Legs stay 
straight and the only motion is in the pelvis because legs are like the legs of a rocking  horse in a fixed position. These work abs and cardio and can be done for twenty repetitions and three sets.

Houston Personal Trainer Trampoline straddle jumps are done with one motion to jump and bring both legs out to the side and try to touch them with hands out to the side..( good luck with this 
one..Its difficult). This exercise is a fat burner and should be done for one minute.

Houston Personal Trainer tiny jumps which is done by jumping up and down and  focusing on using calf muscles to do the  work, doing three sets of thirty here.

Houston Personal Trainer Trampoline with the pony..remember how to do the pony dance..do it on the tramp..holding 
small weights and punching up on top of your head..
