"Yes Houston, Texas, there is some great art in downtown Houston just sitting where people can drive by and visit". Houston Personal trainer Melissa was driving just south of I-10 near downtown Houston in the historic district, looking for the place she needed to go to pay for her speeding ticket,(on Lubbock)  when she saw off to her right, what looked like a huge "head" of one of the presidents. She was late (so what is new..thats why she keeps getting tickets!!) but she decided to turn around and take a look. The following photos are 11-30-06_1034from her cell phone so the quality is not there, but the United States presidents are so impressive and lifelike. She definitely recommends a fast day trip to Downtown Houston (the Presidential sculpting' s are off of sawyer), to view the large pieces of art, which are displayed in the parking lot of the business for David Adickes, a local artist, who appears to be working on another piece under the sheltered part of the building. The statues look to be about twenty five feet high and there are quite a few of them including Lincoln, Reagan, Bush, Washington, Clinton, Roosevelt, and more. "I loved seeing them and plan to go back and get some more photos", said Houston in home personal trainer Melissa. Workouts for a sexy butt are intensive because the glutes are some of the largest muscles in the human body and it is important to make sure the butt is lifted, not flat and not too wide or covered with cellulite. To work the glutes at a fast pace can also be a cardio workout because squats, lunges and deadlifts usually get the heart rate up when doing high reps and sets.(photo below of sexy personal trainer Melissa in yellow tank top and bikini bottom)

  Many women workout in order to slim their waistline but the next most important thing to them is to have a round, lifted, sexy butt.  Houston Personal trainer Melissa knows that to  have a tight butt, it is important to remember that heavier weights are necessary. To achieve the desired look, Melissa does 215 pounds in her squats for at least five sets without becoming fatigued, and does ten sets of leg press with heavy weights as well. Women who are shorter can see faster results with less weight but taller women will always need heavier weights to see muscle development in the long muscles.

For her sexy butt workout, Melissa does  HEAVY weights  which are  almost double her body weight and does deadlifts using 135 pounds, hyper extensions holding a forty five pound plate  and lying free weight leg curls for the hamstrings using fifty five pound dumbbells, and she does step ups holding thirty pound dumbbells, squats, leg press with six plates and single leg extensions for the quads. If shorter than five and a half feet tall, lighter weights can be used because the shorter women tend to bulk easier because they have shorter muscles. Because Melissa is tall, at five feet nine and a half inches, she has to really push some weight to achieve the same look with her butt that shorter women can achieve with a lot less weight.

  Personal Trainer Melissa also does five sets of 50 lunges and runs the bleachers  several times a week.

Workouts for the butt make women feel more confident as well. In a recent study done at Northern Illinois University, with thirty women of various ages, it was found that Weight training helped build confidence in the women who worked out with weights. Five easy tips for looking slimmer and

melloFive easy to look slimmer than your friends and lose body fat at the same time!
#1 Limit sugar to five servings a week. Example of one serving would be a spoonful of sugar in coffee, or a spoonful of jelly on toast or a sandwich, or a small piece of candy, or a mini can of soda.
#2 Know the calorie content of the right foods to eat and plan a menu each day that takes into account veggies, fresh fruits, milk, lean meat and high fiber carbs such as oatmeal or brown rice. Keep menu to no more than 1200 calories a day unless doctor orders require a higher calorie diet. Keep a mini cooler in the car with a protein drink, apples and water for emergency snacks when stuck on the road or where no nutritional choices are available.
#3 Take a multiple vitamin multiple mineral supplement every day.
#4 Walk every day for one hour and do sprints during the run for a hundred steps each ten minutes. Carry a set of five pound hand weights and do five sets of shoulder presses, bicep curls and triceps presses during the walk ( when not running.)
#5 Get eight hours of sleep each night and stretch the muscles before going to sleep so that the do not cramp or tighten during the night.
