Houston Soccer Clubs are a Kick! Club Soccer is great for endurance training for kids who want to get to an elite level.

Houston Personal Trainer Melissa
recently visited Atlanta Georgia to watch her sister's daughter play
some soccer. The eleven year old girl, who is going to do her first
soccer camp this summer, is "quite a stud" in the world of soccer and
kids,
said Melissa. It was thrilling to see her focus,
concentration, effort and determination both on and off the field.
Though she is tiny, she handles the soccer ball well and plays with the
fluidity and quickness of an
animal; she scores a lot of goals for her teams ( she plays for her
school and for a club team). She is "playing up" an age group in her
club soccer and LOVES
the footwork, and the strategy on the field. Her little sister and
brother are both also great soccer players and their dad coaches his
son's team while mom is a true SOCCER MOM, driving to get them all to
the practices and games with chairs, drinks, snacks and uniforms, and
keeping everyone happy and relaxed.
According to Houston in home
personal trainer Melissa, Houston has a number of Soccer
clubs and camps for Kids. Austin Personal Trainer Erik played for
Houston Soccer Club the TEXANS, and girls in the Spring area play club
soccer with Challenge soccer club. Melissa advised her sister to take
a stroller for the three year old so she could do a brisk walking
workout during the Spring and Summer soccer practices, which makes for
efficient use of
that time to get a
workout in. Melissa was excited to see that her sister had taken it "up
a notch" to include
other moms in the walking workout several times a
week! The walking and the "spinach shakes" are really a good combination
to help see pounds drop off. Melissa
made her sister the famous SPINACH SHAKE for weight loss and had been
recommending it highly because of it has several super foods (spinach,
soy milk, blueberries and sometimes yogurt and whey protein) and
is full of vitamins and minerals and nutrients without a lot of
calories. (BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY WASH THE SPINACH even if it has been prewashed as a safety due to the recent e-coli scare.) "The shake
tastes just like a strawberry or blueberry
smoothie but because it has fresh spinach in it, my sister was sort of
grossed out initially." said Houston in home personal trainer Melissa.
But her sister's whole family tried it and they are all enjoying it on
a daily basis
now.
