but will burn calories and create round lifted glutes that look good in

#1..Houston Personal Trainer Joe recommends Holding a med ball and getting in a lunge position. From the lunge position,
bring the back leg up off the floor and up to a knee raise while
simultaneously raising med ball over the head. Return to lunge position
by placing foot back on the floor in the rear and bringing med ball
down to the waist. Repeat for fifteen times on each leg...do five sets
of these.
#2..Plie
Squats..Houston Personal Trainer Melissa says she gets a VERY wide
stance with toes pointed out..doing one hundred
squats slowly going down as far as possible but keeping upper body as
vertical as possible. When going up, be sure to push down on heels to engage the inner thigh and glutes. The last thirty of these, do
without coming to a full standing position..in other words, keep
continuous tension on the legs and stay low. Do three sets of these.
#3..Houston Personal Trainer Stephanie
says that Jump squats involves squatting like a frog, touching the
ground and
then jumping straight up as high as possible in one explosive movement
and reaching for the sky. Then return to a squat position down low on
the ground while touching the floor. Do twenty of these and do five
sets. Buns will be HOT after this workout.
