The girls at Willowbrook sports in Houston Texas, are involved in
volleyball at young
ages and are encouraged to play on teams where they are consistently
taught from the beginning to use proper techinques and develop skills
that will lead to efficient and intelligent volleyball. The girls club
volleyball teams here in Houston are
large enough to allow for substitutions and rotations if someone is
sick or injured but are small enough to allow for sufficient playing
time and individual attention by coaches. Most of the volleyball club
teams
require tryouts and the club offers camps all year long during
different times to teach prospective players what they will need to be
proficient at to make an elite volleyball team. The younger or more
inexperienced girls play on the "gators"
team while the older girls can make a navy, red, asics or molten team.

Willowbrook Sports
ranges from $2,000 to $2,500 approximately and the cost covers the
uniforms, practice uniforms, shoes, bags and more because some of the
teams are traveling teams. The cost of club volleyball also usually
includes CAP elite training which is sports specific training that is
done in conjunction with volleyball practices to help the girls arrive
at the proper conditioning necessary for high level volleyball. You can
