All
women are different sizes and shapes and yet in one way most of
them are the same. They LIKE being female. "Girls just wanna be girls"
says Houston Personal Trainer Melissa. "Most of the clients I train are
women and they want to look sexy and shapely but thin and tone..Too
much bulk in
the muscle looks "masculine" and women really really do not want to
bulk
up with workouts." "My workouts are designed to build enough lean
muscle to help women burn fat to look sexy but not look masculine".
Because of her
participation in a variety of sports and activities, Melissa takes
training secrets from volleyball training camps, from Swimming clinics,
from running camps and from weight training and kick boxing experts, and
more. All the variety and high intensity makes her Houston in home
personal training workouts interesting, fun and successful. Right now,
six of my weekly Houston workouts
are with male/female couples and they workout with each other but the
workouts are with different weights and different intensities so
both individuals get the workouts they need and both are happy with the
results.
