Austin Personal Trainer also teaches Kayaking |

Austin Personal Trainer and running coach Erik spent the summer in Maine working at a camp where he taught kayaking. He has, in the past also taught Kayaking at an adventure camp in Colorado for the summer. Kayaking is a great change of pace for the distance runner Erik. He enjoys the challenges of maneuvering on the water and enjoys helping others learn how to enjoy the sport. Here is a photo of some men practicing kayaking maneuvers in the water near Salida, Colorado. Kayaking is also a great sport for those who like to be outside and like to try a new sport. If injured in the legs, kayaking provides a great cardio workout without adding any stress to the lower body. Photo above is of Erik in Maine with some of his campers in kayaks.
