Houston Personal Trainer Melissa recently received a call from a man
who wanted her to do five workouts a week with him in his Spring area
Home. The

After the FREE
consultation, where personal trainer Melissa showed the prospective
clients all her credentials and did an interview of the client, she
found out that the man, who was only in his early fifties, was only
able to exercise wearing a heart monitor because he had a significant
heart problem. This was obviously upsetting to the man and as he
explained the life choices he had made that had gotten him to that
point. The man was a self professed workaholic who never worked out on
a regular bases and he had gained up to almost four hundred pounds
because he had never made exercise important in his life and because he
ate fast food and ate lots of it. Fear of dying as well as his doctor's
recommendations were the reasons he was now calling a personal
trainer...Sadky now his goal was to try to live long enough to be able to enjoy all
the wealth he had accumulated over his lifetime of being a workaholic..pretty ironic. It was shocking
to see how badly a person will let themselves go "down the tubes" by
not exercising or trying to eat better food choices and Personal Trainer
Melissa agreed to go to his home five days a week but her concerns for
his eating habits also had to be addressed.
This man has a long way to

healthy body cannot be regained easily and requires daily activity. The

choices and yet still seems to have a problem understanding the
benefits of consistent activity. If he put the same effort into daily
activity as he did to his work he would be in excellent health. It just takes twenty to
thirty minutes of biking, running, walking, weight training, kick
boxing, roller blading, spinning, step class, pilotes, swimming, tennis
or more, five days a week to start a routine of exercise..THINK ABOUT
IT!
