Trying to get the In Home Personal Trainer involved in a conversation
because you are too tired to work out and want longer rest periods.
3) Telling the personal trainer you are drinking lots of water and then not having a bottle of water with you for the workout.

Failing to show up or be at home for an in home personal training
workout when these personal training sessions are paid for up front.

Guys thinking that a female Houston personal trainer CAN'T give them a
butt kicking workout and women thinking that a male Houston personal
trainer WON'T give them a butt kicking workout.
