Workout with one weight is simple but comprehensive and can be done with a five ten or fifteen pound weight and in about a half hour. In the below pictures from top to bottom are the following exercises demonstrated by Melissa, personal trainer in The Woodlands Texas..
 Do three sets of each of these to failure each time..about ten or fifteen reps per set. The Woodlands workout number one...Side to Side lunges holding a weight, The Woodlands workout number two...alternating knee up shoulder press holding the weight first on one side and then on the other side, The Woodlands workout number three... reverse lunges with a side twist holding weight,The woodlands workout number four.. one legged deadlifts holding weight,The woodlands workout number five... knee up side twist with weight,
