Houston Personal Trainer and the BEST Apples? |
|
|
Most internet users have seen the email that has gone around about
females being apples. As the story goes, the bruised and bad apples are
near the bottom of the tree and are easy to pick but the perfect apples
are near the top of the tree and require some effort. It is a good
story when applied to working out because most women seeking personal
training are wanting to improve themselves and be the best that they
can be. All women that Houston Personal Trainer Melissa has interviewed
in Houston, Spring, Tomball, The Galleria, The Medical Center,
Kingwood, The
Woodlands, 1960 Area, Memorial, Magnolia and Downtown Houston, express
a desire to change how they look but a
few seem unwilling to take the necessary steps. In the apple story,
there is a REASON the apples at the top are perfect...it is because
they are getting more sunlight, better air circulation, and are farther
away from bugs and disease. With Personal training, Melissa and
Stephanie have worked very hard to achieve the looks that they have
with consistent workouts, proper eating and rest. The apples in the
story at the
bottom of the tree that are mushy and covered with mildew, are that way
because they
are not in the sun as much and are closer to insects and disease...but
unlike apples stuck in a specific spot on a tree, people have the
ability to choose where they want to be in life. Personal Training
requires a commitment to make changes in order to experience
success. Small changes will yield small successes and will work
toward bigger changes which will in turn yield bigger successes. It is
counterproductive to hire a personal trainer and then express that
there is no desire to put effort into the workouts or to refuse to make
any eating changes. Just hiring a trainer will not make it happen. The
people themselves need to OWN the desire to look and feel different for
Personal training to be the most rewarding. Back to the apple story,
the end is humorous and says that men are like grapes and if a person
stomps the heck out of them they might be fit to have at the dinner
table. Personal Trainers Melissa and Steph have found that men actually
also try very hard to do what they need to do to be successful and,
like women, the amount of effort exerted will pay of in an equal amount
of success.
