A person can work their abs and quads by ducking under the rope laterally from side to side and punching when they are on each side of the rope. This boxing workout works abs, quads and arms and is a great workout. By taking on a new level of workout that is new to the individual, the strength and fitness goes up even more and there is better conditioning which prevents injuries from overuse.
