I T BAND INJURY CAN BE HELPED BY USING A FOAM ROLLER! FOAM ROLLER DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE CAN ALSO REDUCE THE APPEARANCE OF CELLULITE ON THE BUTT AND LEGS!
mornn_013When working out with a new client Nikki in The Woodlands, Texas, Houston in home personal trainer Melissa learned she was having some IT band soreness. The IT bad runs down the side of the leg and pain by the outer side of knee is common for runners, particularly those who have recently picked up their mileage.
Houston personal trainer Melissa advised Nikki to order a foam roller for the purpose of massaging the area which would assist in healing and would help with circulation around the muscle. In researching the foam roller for her client, Houston personal trainer Melissa found out that the foam roller (which is about six inches in diameter and a few feet long and firm) is also used for massaging areas with cellulite to help smooth it away. Apparently, according to recent studies, deep tissue massage of cellulite areas, will loosen the tight fascia around the muscle so that the appearance of the area under the skin will be smoother. Sexy personal trainer Melissa, who has had Achilles tendinitis problems in the past, uses a roller to massage her calves and hamstrings as well because it has kept the muscles more flexible.
It is also important to stretch with every workout as Houston in home personal trainer Melissa is demonstrating in the above photograph. It is also important to stretch with every workout as Houston in home personal trainer Melissa is demonstrating in the above photograph.
