How can I workout or find time to exercise when I am always soo busy? |

Workouts in Houston do not need to be strenuous to be effective for a weight loss program!

Consistent exercise is a choice. People who say I can't workout because I do not have time are actually saying I choose to not workout because I choose to not make time. When a person chooses to not do something that they know is beneficial for them, often they need to look at their feelings about the activity. In many cases the belief of the pain associated with the activity is greater than the belief of the rewards associated with the activity. For example, the long term reward of feeling thin and looking good in clothes is overruled by the short term reward of getting to sleep in bed longer instead of getting up in time to workout. Or in contrast, the pain of getting up early, and the pain of sore muscles, is greater in the mind of the person, than the reward of feeling healthier, and liking how you look. To be successful in working out when you believe you do not have time, you must make a plan and instead of focusing on when you do not have time, you need to focus on when you can make time. The brain will focus on finding a way if that is what is put in front of it to accomplish. Former Houston Personal Training client JJ, a local very busy dentist in the north side of Houston has to make time for her workouts early in the morning before she goes to work and she has learned that her workouts, when they are consistent, they are effective. She plans to do between five and six workouts a week and her workouts may just involve running and jogging around the track. Sometimes the workouts include kickboxing at the gym and other times she meets at the high school for a more intense workout with some weights and the step bench. The most important thing about her workouts is that she is consistent and consistency has paid off for her as she has lost her weight and has lowered her body fat significantly as well.
