Boot Camps, even if they are not a Billy Blanks boot camp, can be a great way to workout and lose weight quickly and are often more effective and safer than taking weight loss pills. A Lieutenant Colonel in the army, who is now stationed at the Pentagon, was instrumental in training Houston in Home personal trainer Melissa in the basics of an effective boot camp weight loss workout by using the army boot camp as a guideline.
