The Woodlands Personal trainer low fat kid friendly pizza recipie
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Get eight slices of low calorie high fiber English muffins and place on a foil lined baking sheet...toast on one side..turn over..mix 1/2 tsp italian seasoning with a tbs of olive oil and spread on bread. Then make white pizza sauce..get a cup of low fat milk and a tsp on salt and a third cup of flour and heat in sauce pan until it boils and is thick..pour on top of slices of bread divinding evenly..salt and pepper each slice..add chopped broccoli and chopped chicken bits and 1 cup of low fat ricotta cheese and a half cup of shredded low fat mozzarella. Bake until melted. All these recipies including the ones below, are tasty and satisfy a need for sweet or carbs but also deliver a great taste with very little calories and still bring some protein. Use whole grain english muffins for each of the recipies and enjoy.

Take one apple and slice it and cook it in water and one tsp butter and brown sugar until soft. Put on top of ricotta cheese...broil under broiler until warm.

Chop into little pieces. toast an english muffin and put peach chutney over the toast and then sprinkle the egg and top with spoonful of grated cheddar cheese and broil till bubbly
The Woodlands Kid friendly healthy desert recipie Banana desert Toast an english muffin. Mix one banana mashed with some cream cheese and orange marmelade. spread over muffin and drizzle with honey..broil till bubbly.
