I bet there are a lot of people out there, women in particular, who would do anything to have a smaller, sexier, leaner body. These women could be just like the girl next door or could be high powered businesswomen in a fast paced work environmen. I know for a fact that there are women, specifically in Austin, Texas who are paying tens of thousands of dollars a month to doctors who are putting them on growth hormones and restricting their diet to 500 calories a day with the promise of youth, vitality, weight loss and all the other positives that go with weight loss. These are not morbidly obese women and these are not young women. These are smart, high powered women who do not feel they have the time or motivation to exercise and want the promise of eternal youth that is supposedly associated with growth hormone. Why would these smart women put their health at risk when they could achieve even better, safer and more lasting results with a personal trainer who offers a guarantee? Even though they are smart, maybe they do not know the risks, and if these same ladies have looked on the internet, they could find lots of material on how great this growth hormone is..but if you look more closely you will find it is very dangerous because it is not meant for adults who have closed growth plates and in most cases it is illegal to doctors to administer it to adults. So how can women achieve the benefit of growth hormone without hurting or risking their health? The answer is rest and exercise.. because you may be suprised to know the body produces its own natural growth hormone after exercise and during sleep..Rest is important in order to achieve the overall balance necessary for successful weight loss in Houston and The Woodlands Texas. Interestingly enough, when a person goes to sleep for at least three hours of uninterupted sleep, the body naturally produces growth hormones which help the body lose weight and preserves the features of the body that maintain youth. The body also naturally also produces growth hormone following exercise. Houston personal trainer Melissa knows that the two things that severely limit the body's internal production of growth hormone are alcohol consumption and sugar cunsumption. There doctors out there who will provide diets that promote injected growth hormone but this type of diet is very low calorie usually and the growth hormone that is injected is not only very expensive it is also going to, over time, produce a frankenstein like appearance because the growth plates on the adult body have closed so any growth that occurs, happens on the ends of the bones instead of the middle of the bones, resulting in an unnatural and club like appearance. Injected growth hormones can also cause the body to stop producing its own natural growth hormones. Society today goes at a fast and furious pace with many people working long hours, including working night shifts and often these people sacrafice their health for the lure of a quick fix.( Bush Intercontinental airport air traffic controller Tom), eating on the run or in the car (Houston Galleria marketing executive Trish), while talking on cell phones and organizing their day. Many individuals are trying to work a full time demanding job as well as take care of small children (Magnolia Entrepreneur Kindra, and Loan Officer Cristina) and some of them are trying hard to take care of a job as well as finishing a degree (Katy Mortgage officer Denise and Memorial area Attorney Bill). ALL of these individuals, though stressed and limited with time requirements, still need to make time for sufficient rest and exercise because when rest is not adequate, the body begins to break down.
Houston and The Galleria Personal Trainer Melissa has days where she is training five or six clients in a day and she works out with each of them to help encourage and motivate them. These workouts are demanding and without sufficient rest, where the body is able to rebuild and recuperate, she would be exhausted but instead she is invigorated and energized by the exercise. Rest should be a major component of a workout routine and each individual needs to evaluate the sleep allotment and make sure they are not experiencing fatigue, injuries or other symptoms of inadequate sleep. Interestingly enough, the body produces growth hormone after the first few hours of uninterrupted sleep so continuous sleep is very important because natural growth hormone is also thought to be the fountain of youth. The body repairs itself at night as well and revives the thought. Rest is essential. Women who have difficulty sleeping have benefited from avoiding caffiene and alcohol at night and avoiding processed foods and sugar as these things seem to cause wakefulness at night.
