erik_faceWorking out at Melissa's personal training boot camps in Spring Texas during the summer helped me prepare for college running in Austin Texas and helped with my core strength. We (the ten boot camp participants) all motivated each other during the 5 a.m. boot camps and it was well worth the effort.  We conquered fears by doing workouts "outside the box" such as doing a low crawl across an entire football field, and climbing up the straight up ladder that goes behind the VERY tall bleachers. We learned the right way to run the bleachers and  the workouts helped me with running hills in cross country. Melissa also stressed the importance of eating right and I continue to do that today as I continue to do some weight training.
