Vitamin E and Selenium together work to plump the skin and keep it smooth and elastic. Tuna, Salmon, Brazil nuts and whole wheat pasta are great sources of selenium. Some of the great plain states also have water with high selenium content. But if you do not live in the great plains, you can supplement with 100 micro grams. Most multivitamins only have 20 micro grams or less.
The best way to prevent loss of elasticity is to stay out of the sun though!
